HDFC Bank — refund amount from irctc not received in bank a/c linked with payzapp | |||
Dear team, I tried to book a ticket on 07-jan-19 through bharatqr scan & pay (In payzapp) but booking failed twice and amount of rs. 2097 was deducted from bank twice and the ticket got successfully booked in third attempt. I raised complaint with [protected]@irctc.co.in regarding the same and they have refunded the amount on 09-jan-2019 via below mention transaction ids: Transaction id: [protected] S.
