[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund amount not received yet | |||
Hi, i have ordered a product from paytm in may, 2017. I have also returned the product because of its quality. But i have not received any refund amount. So i mailed to paytm group about this and their reply was 'refund of inr 249 for youbella american diamond gold plated mangalsutra with chain for women against your order [protected] has been processed on 10/05/2017.' But till date i. E; 12th august, 2017, i have not received the refund amount. Clearly understood that the refund initiated from paytm side, but delay is from hdfc side.
