HDFC Bank — Refund amount not reflecting in credit card account

Hi my card number 7016 mobile [protected] email id anoop.[protected]@yahoo.com
Amazon refunded an amt of 2099 on 31st december 2015 and 5099 on few days back but amount not reflecting in credit card account and i had received message from hdfc that amt in process but its more than 15 days
