HDFC Bank — refund amount of 25000 | |||
Hello sir, I am writing this mail after a pain moment of last 21 days which got Me jolt for having relationship with your hdfc bank. I had a loan account running with hdfc bank and same was closed in December 2018 after paying all settlement amount. Noc and closure letter was also received for the same. Below are details of my loan account Name - sunil kumar Loan account no[protected] Dob - 30/05/1988 I have also added hdfc bank loan account details in my standard Chartered bank account as beneficiary with below details. (Sometimes Used to send emi amount on the account in case of bounce of emi). Payee name - retail assets Payee account number - raloan43837666 Ifsc code - hdfc0004989 On 1st feb 2019, while transferring an amount of 25000 to one of my Friend, by mistake send the amount in closed loan account mentioned Above. Below are the details of transaction. Sender bank - standard chartered bank Imps ref no[protected] Amount - 25000. I have recieved message from hdfc bank stating that payment of Rs.25000 has been updated on your loan account after 3 days i, e, on 4th feb I also got call from one of bank representative on 7th Febuary 2019 that we are initiating refund. I have also registered complaints regarding refund for the said amount By calling customer care but nothing happened. Case reference numbers is: 897531 Today i got the response to the above complain number that complaint Is closed as bank is not able to find the transaction in system. I don't know how hdfc bank works and how transactions verified but its Been 22 days and bank old me that they are not able to fetch the Transaction details. Is this some kind of joke going on? Bank is not able to identify a transaction. I used to call daily customer care and explain daily issue to customer Representative. I am feeling frustrated as i am standing there only Without any solution. Whenever any emi misses or payment is due-bank Persons make calls and make life hell but when some person is looking For some resolution, bank is not able to verify a transaction in a System. Please dont force me to take a legal complaint against bank Attaching the screenshot of transaction done on 1st feb and message Recieved from hdfc bank regarding updation of amount Please help me with the solution for the above mentioned issue as i Want my money back. I needed that money urgently as i am jobless Person. Sir this is final reminder from my side if no action take place soon i Will move to court. It's upto you whether you want me to take strict Action or not! Please consider this case on high priority and revert me back either Through below mention my cell/email.
