HDFC Bank — Refund | |||
Hi Team, On 13th October i have recharged my TATASKY DTH account using my HDFC credit card (Rs 1000/-). But HDFC credit card payment gateway did not submit the payment to tatasky account. However, the bank has debited Rs 1000 from my credit card account. Then i have filed a complaint about the transaction with HDFC bank. Complaint reference number - [protected]. Even after submitting the requested documents they are just playing around without resolving my issue. Every time i get a different responses whenever i tried to contact them. I have contacted more than 6 times and its been more than 45 days, still my issue is not resolved. Please help..!! Thanks. Dileep Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
