I have booked tickets for 5th may through red bus. But my transaction has failed and my amount wasn't refunded. And this was the message from redbus. "dear customer, we have requested the bank to process refund of rs.693.00 to your bank account for your journey from vijayawada - hyderabad on 5/1/2017.
