[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund initiated by amazon but not credited by hdfc bank even after 5 days | |||||
Amazon has initiated an refund with transaction reference no 044757 amounting to rs 1309 on 21st jan 2019. But even after 5 working days the amount has not been credited to my credit card ending 9766. Also put up several mails regarding this to hdfc bank but no one dare to contact me over phone calls or response to my e mails. So please look into this matter on priority.
