Dear team, Most humbling and respectfully i beg to say i take a policy hdfc life insurance plan cancer care on 11 december 2018 application number[protected] On december 11, i had a cancer called cancer care, whose premium was rs 581, but the insurance agent had cut my account with rs 581 twice, i gave the complaint as well, but no action was taken on it, so mr.
