[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund not credited | |||
I had done a transaction of inr 2175/- through razorpay on 3rd july 2017 around 8:30pm, the amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed at the client side (Supreme trans concepts private limited). The client has already initiated the refund on 9th july 2017 but still i haven't received the amount. Since am not using my credit card but you people crediting amount with my credit card so i need to deactivate my credit card in immidiate process. And credit card in not in use for any purpose sorry to say this please cancell my credit card in immidiate action. Am not satisfied with hdfc bank nothing is useful with your service.
