I cancelled an product from flipkart [opted for emi, where i cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi] where the seller had refunded the amount (9999), but not yet reflected in my credit card balance. I request to hdfc bank to kindly refund the amount soon as i need the amount soon to buy another product. Bank deducted approx 1250rs for non maintainace without inform.even dont send any single message or e-mail so i can maintain it.how irresponsible service from their side.its banks responsibilty to give us alert before doing such a fraud things.please sort out my query and return my amount asap.dont get disspoint your customers.
I have cancelled my order of Mi Smart TV from flipkart as i didn't choose the EMI term to my favour. I cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi. After which the seller had refunded the amount, but not yet reflected in my credit card balance, as i was told it would be Credited back by 24/9/20 i.e yesterday
I request hdfc bank to kindly help me out to my queries as soon as posible.
