[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund not done for failed train booking | |||
I tried booking train on 24th march 2019 through paytm, transaction via hdfc bank. Totally 3times tried booking in which 1 successful booking done (Order no : [protected]) and Twice booking got failed but amount deducted (Order no: [protected] and [protected]) Here i received the refund amount rs275 for failure of booking for order no. [protected] but not received for order no [protected]. I raised complaint regarding this to paytm and as well as hdfc bank. Both are saying they i have refunded but i don't see any refund on the same in the bank statement. I tried reaching both paytm and hdfc but the response and the action on this not seen. Redirecting me from here and there. Please find the below reference: * paytm complaint no:[protected] and[protected]I raised twice because they closed complaint without resolving) * hdfc complaint no: 'hbl=[protected]' web - other - unauthorised transaction - unauthorised transaction".
