I took a policy in HDFC life and paid the renewal premium on 21st december and got the receipt on 23rd december, but the auto debit is active and i am unaware of it so again the premium deducted on 24th december. I contacted the team and submitte the NEFT form cancelled cheque. but they are not at all responding to my issue and not even provided any satisfactory information. They will respond only when we are purchasing any new policy, they are not at all bothered about existing customers. Was this information helpful? | |
