HDFC Bank — refund not received and sent provided

Refund reference number provided by flipkart but hdfc is not returning my money. Refund was initiated on 6th nov 14:09 but still haven't received the amount Refund reference number - 74332749311931088804147 They sent a refund reference number but customer care refused to track refund using reference number.
