[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund not received yet after 10 days of 485 rs on payzapp wallet | |||
Hi i made a trasanction with my pazapp card for pharmeasy order of amount 485 rs. But the transaction got failed and money debited from my wallet. I mailed them 2 times at [protected]@payzapp.in But i didn't get any response from them Even after 12 days my money is still not refunded. There is no customer support or any thing like it. How they are still allowed in the market with all this fraud transaction and no customer support on that? I am attaching transaction id as reference. Hence, we request you to check the wallet balance and confirm us on the same. Please find the below path to view the balance. You can view the balance on top right of the home screen.
