HDFC Bank — Refund of Excess Payment towards my credit card | |||||
Regarding complaint number [protected] which was registered on 28th Jan, but still not resolved. Amount of Rs.49, 999 is stuck unnecessarily with HDFC & their customer service does not even have a courtesy to give proper reply to my emails. As per HDFC, they have reversed amount on 9th Feb & Kotak bank says, that they haven't received any money from HDFC. So, HDFC is not holding any responsibility in this. If you guys have reversed amount than atleast make sure that customer receives it. Or you are just lying that you have reversed? Its been more than 15 days & you guys cannot even resolve 1 issue. Shame on you!! Pathetic service ever!! If a customer delays to pay EMI or credit card bill even for a day, you people charge so much of interest. Now, you guys have unnecessarily kept my Rs.49, 999 so who is going to pay interest for this??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
