[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Refund of net banking amount | |
Hi, Yesterday on 27th Feb, 2017 I used HDFC net banking to pay for Metrozip bus pass, Money got deducted from my account but didn't receive pass. Metrozip confirmed that payment was unsuccessful in their system .I should receive refund from HDFC. On same day I added money to Paytm wallet using HDFC net banking faced same issue. I tried calling HDFC customer care but unable to connect. Please let me know by when will i get refund.
