[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Refund of proposal deposit

I have submitted application for cancellation of proposal/application no.[protected];
till date the payment of initial deposit made through citi bank credit card no.[protected] not reversed.
The client id is 9379258
the agent thirumalesh- mobile no.[protected] is just terrible and does not even attend the phone call.
The reputation of hdfc is really taken a beating since you do not redress complaint by e- mail or when contacted in person
