HDFC Bank — refund the transaction | |
Yesterday I did SUN DTH Recharge of 589 in niki through HDFC payzapp. The amount got deducted from payzapp but I received no order ID in the niki app also recharge has not been done.I Received Transaction ID Transaction ID[protected]from payzapp. Contacted Nikki customer care below is the reply I received We regret to let you know that we haven't received the payment hence it might be stuck in the payment gateway. So we will request you to raise a chargeback with Payzapp or you can get in touch with Payzapp and share the transaction id with us which starts with 3 so that we can get in touch with Payzapp and refund your money back. Assuring you of our best services at all times.
