HDFC Bank — reg: suspected fraud and not proper response from hdfc life[protected] | |||
I surrender policy on may -09 -2020, as per initial discussion whole process will take max of 10 working days. But now almost 20 days about complete still not getting any proper response each customer care telling we are working and you will get update. I have communicate 5-6 mail now when i spoke today customer care person (Sirisha) telling today they will update by eod. I am sure am not going to get any call.
