Dear sir Credit card no [protected] We are submitting our dispute form again as the amount got credited by you on 7.11.2017 by rs 16978.00 You have debited the same again after confirmation from tata sky that they got only one payment of rs 16978.00 dtd 14.10.2017 Irrespective of our various reminders, reqeusts you have not credited the same Now it is our humble request to reverse the same as 8 months have taken by you to investigae the case which is very strange Thanks for???
