[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — regarding credit card

I have an outstanding of nearly 94000against credit card bearing no[protected]. I want to settle the amount. But your representative is not listening to me. More than that she is behaving like a rowdy and treating me. I want to pay after settlement. Pls look into the matter as early as possible. Only one payment was not paid last month. There is some economic problem on my behalf. I have tried several times to contact customer care representative of credit card of hdfc bank. But all my attempts were in vain. U can check this profile for last 2 and half years. Every payment was done in time. I want to talk to one of your representative who is gentle, polite and have patience to sort out the situation. Waiting for competition from your end.
