Today i have recieved one call from hdfc bank credit card collection department and his name is Mr.Rajesh, He is asking someone else and he was very much confident that i dnt know that person but he refuse to accept it.He is repeatly maked call and irritate me, He dnt have even how to speak with anyone.Can i do a police complain against hi.i have his full name, contact no.and address.

i will lodge a complaint against bank also for giving full authority to collection house for misbehave with customer, even i am still not a customer so why i have been suffered.
