[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — regarding deduction of money without any prior notification

Dear hdfc,
Many time i noticed that charges was deducted from my credit card but this time charges deducted from my account against amazon prime but i did not request for that. Here are some screenshot in which they requested for 954.25 but i declined although money was deducted. Explain please.
