[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding fastag not received | |||
I applied for hdfc fastag online on 29/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr747227 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of vehicle registration certificate. After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300, but still i haven't received fast tag sticker. I've also attached the sms details that received from the hdfc bank. Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy. *from tomorrow unnecessary i have to pay extra money at toll & i have to wait in long queue* Was this information helpful? | |||
