I am complaining about customer care that were not cooperative and take to much time to attend the call and also i lost too much amount for call connecting. I want refund that amount check my call history in ur record. Unexpectedly debited finance charges of rs. 1300 something that is also mis guide from your customer care. Verified Support Dec 18, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Hi Madhu, we wish to inform you that in the event of non receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement. However, owing to your relationship with the bank we have reversed finance charge of Rs 1348.12 levied in your card account. We wish to inform that the corresponding GST remains payable.
