[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding flight ticket booking | |||||
Dear sr, i had booked yesterday air ticket from delhi to lucknow from web site www.smartbuyhdfc.com ( HDFC Smart Buy ref no- [protected])having departure time as 18:10 Hrs for 15-jan 2017, and had paid Rs 1453. however after completing payment process . I received mail confirmation from with wrong departure time of the same airline (air India ) but with different departure time .that is 07:10 am . after contact air india and HDFC customer care they had been ask to give screen shot of my transaction for this ticket which is attached with this mail. Pls refund my amount as i am not responsible for these type of technical mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
