Dear sir, With reference to above subject, it is to inform you that some information leaked from your bank related to our policy no. 16285046 & some unknown person fraud called to me as hdfc agent & debited rs. 23000 from me. It is highly regretted because of leaked information from your side i am facing financial problem. It is a big fraud & very much shameful also for your company to leaked information and also subject to your security.
