HDFC Bank — Regarding misleading & fraudness | |||||
This is to inform you that hdfc bank is cheating there costumer as by implementing certain charges on the credit card as this bank never stick to their words neither on there commitment. Few months bank i have received hdfc dinner''s club credit card which i have been told that is lifetime free but that card was none of my use as it was not acceptable with most of my the merchandise of my city then i was asked to write an hard copy application & send it to chennai branch & i did it on 21.12.2015 & then i got across that i have been issued a new card.After talking to their costumer executive i came to know that in dis card i am getting the same facility as of like my previous card & my new card is also lifetime free.But now they are asking me to pay rs.572 as annual charges as this card is not free.Last monday (15.01.2016) i lodged a complaint n they give me a refrence no-[protected] & assured me that my problem will be sorted out on fri (19.01.2016) but nothing happened so.
