[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding renewal charges on my credit card

I have blocked my credit card on July 31st 2017, but I have been charged renewal charges on my credit card and statement was sent to my email id & mobile number in the month of December 2017.
When I am not using the card anymore, why should I pay for it.

From the last 3 days I am calling HDFC Crefit card customer care -[protected], after waiting for 30-40 mins I get a chance to talk to representative & he/she disconnects the call when I start to discuss the issue within 10-15 seconds.

I have tried to contact them but they disconnects the call in 15 seconds.

When visited HDFC branch, they ask me to call customer care.

My contact no- [protected] which os registered with my HDFC credit card account.

In this regard, we regret to assist you further in the absence of the card details, Having said this, we request you to provide your last four digits of your credit card number, registered mobile number and e-mail id to enable us to do the needful.
