HDFC Bank — regarding wrong emi charging | |||
Hi, I had placed an order on Flipkart on 25th Sep 18 in terms of EMI by my hdfc credit card. was ordered a "realme 2" phone and order id was OD[protected]. And I had canceled the order on the same day(25th Sep 18). I received the refund from Flipkart on 27th Sep18 as well. Now the thing is emi amounts are still getting paid through my hdfc credit card and I'm being charged by credit card. I have talked to my bank and Flipkart both are giving own theory. My bank(credit card) is saying that Flipkart has not closed your emis yet. It was opened when you had placed the order. and Flipkart is saying that we have closed order. Seriously, I don't know what's going on anyways since payment is going to Flipkart as mentioned in credit card statement so please check the issue and let me know that who's issue was this Flipkart or hdfc. Anyways, refund my amount what has been charged for emis asap. sending the credit card statement in the attachment for your reference Was this information helpful? | |||
