[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regards extra charge on consumer durable loan | |||
My self sivaramkrishna. I purchase a mobile through flipkart source hdfc emi, when we take mobile it's fine. Bank person didn't provide consumer durable loan number to us. Starting they provide payzapp link. First 3 months i didn't pay. After that i pay when ever i received payment link through payzapp. Recently last month i received a call from bank legal team say that you are not played emi so we are going legally. Your payment is 10889, my mobile is 9999. Immediately i pay 5000 because they said this is product amount. But i am unable to remaining amount which they charge interest. Now legal department threaten to me and my parents. Please do help on this issue. Still i don't know my loan account number.
