Requested a debit card upgrade over call on 9th mar, 2017 but nt recvd it yet. Been to branch, called cust care, personal banking desk but fr no avail. Card was dispatchd thru bluedart bt they nevr attemptd delivery. Personal bankng desk is disconnctng calls[protected] spoke to harsha, shalini and they promised to call back but nothing.

Updated by vikasup18 Yesterday, i sent an email t [protected]@hdfcbank.com nd [protected]@hdfcbank.com, immediately recvd a callback frm [protected]. this person askd me fr my credit card number if i want t get my debit card issued. i denied nd he disconnctd sayng my debit card cannot b sent then.
