Hi, I am an account holder with HDFC. Bank. The bank has given me a relationship manager. That manager introduced me some offer under which I can open my family savings account as well. However, when I actually got into the process, that manager was of no use. She opened my father' s account but with half details. My father was not able to access ATM or online transaction. I was calling this manager but she ignored my calls in face.
Later somehow I got this issue started by visiting branch. And now there is another problem under which there is some Rs. 500-700 being deducted monthly from my Father's account. I called this manager and again she was not available. We went to branch and the executive told us that this manager forgot to put some code that is required to open Senior Citizen account.
I am really pissed off of this manager and want to change her as quickly as possible Was this information helpful? |
