My HDFC Fast tag was not recognised at the captioned toll plaza, so I paid in cash with a receipt still in my possession. At the same time I was also debited for the same amoun from my Fast Tag account. This has repeated five times in last 6 months. The HHDC fast tag service #[protected] is [censored] and in my experience of last 1 year no one pickups the phone or it is engage continuously. There is no email id or a proper complaint redressal system existent with the bank.
I am off course going to file a complaint with consumer court with heavy charges for the agony in dealing with your system. I am writing this complaint here just to understand if at least this FORUM is monitored by somebody concerned. Was this information helpful? |
