HDFC Bank — replacement hdfc fastag not received since more than one month

I applied for replacement of hdfc fastag on 16/12/2019 for which i have paid rs 100 fees via imps with user ref no:[protected] & rrn ref no:[protected] on 16/12/2019 @10:04 a:m since my original hdfc fastag is torn off due to wear & tear. Transaction for above payment is showing against mine fastag ref no: hfr536894.
Despite my 60-70 calls to call centre they are giving clear picture by taking techincal issue in computer, more rush, etc. U can check my calls at the callcenter
Sir i request u to do the needful to send my relpaced hdfc fastag.

Updated by vainy Cannt u do anything from ur side. I have applied fastag on Hdfc name & not any outsourcing agencies. Kindly provide proper unprotected email Id and do needful for Replacement of above mentioned Fastag application.
