HDFC Bank — replacement of fastag

I have called customer care number [protected] 2 times in two days for replacing my fastag.
I was told that a link would be sent on the registered mobile number through SMS and have to pay rs 100 through the link.
I'm waiting for the link since more then 24hrs.
Not able mail on their mail id
