Sir/Mam This is a pleasant request to close my Credit Card and provide a NOC for the settlement and the outstanding payment of Rs. 28, 539.00 on 09.09.2021 which was done on my HDFC Bank Credit Card No- [protected]. I would also request you to please clear my Name from CIBIL as the settlement/written off outstanding amount was paid by me successfully in a single payment. Kindly Find the attachment file herewith. As promised by the HDFC Bank credit card branch I have to to get the NDC within 3 to 4 days, but I still not getting the NDC. This is a very worst experience.

I would like to inform that I have spoken to the representative of HDFC bank on the 16th of September 2021 requesting for NDC after paying the all outstanding amount of my credit card and They has promised to give it within Three to four days. But sadly, I still don't get it. After that on the 24th of September 2021 I talked again and promised 3 to 4 days. We talked again and again on the 27th September 2021. But sadly I haven't got NDC so far. Its very disappointed thing from you.
