[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Reversal of program management fee | |||||
Hi Hdfc is deducting program management fee without consent. This is the height of fleecing customers. Spoke to the mr. Shankar prasad the rm for my account. He said this is levied from 2016. When asked if it was informed. He agreed it was not informed but it is applied to all classic customer. I asked him to reverse the amount. He said he will do it. Now need to wait and follow up. This happens only in india. The system is rotten. Hard earned money is taken out by these banks without knowledge of customers. Imagine the amount of money they collect this way every quater.
