[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Rs 250 deducted at Click Pay without any OPT | |||||
Today i received SMS on my phone that 250 was spent by me at Mumbai on klickpay77252 this transaction is not processed by me or i have not received any OTP for this transaction. this is very serious security leak from HDFC bank side while i contact customer care they are saying no transaction like this happens. now very confuse message received from VK - HDFCBK and cusomer care is saying no. I also received similar, I contacted customer care, they are saying - I did a transaction late night on 11th Dec'16 on FreeCharge, for that I received this message late (very late😜).
Colud you please check your transactions as well. I hope this will help you.
