[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — salary account freezed

My salary account is freezed due to non payment of credit card. I have been in touch with various hdfc executives regarding credit card and daily a new executive calls me and asks for payment. I have spoke to narsing who promised for a settlement but never sent any approval letter. I'm
Still awaiting for the letter so that i can make payment. Head office is unaware of this and jehad freezed my salary account.

Im in need of my money as i'm financially poor and my daily expenses and emi are all pending. Kindly help me in unfreezing the account as i'm helpless
