[Resolved] HDFC Bank — savings account | |||
I need to change my mailing address but i don't have any address proof for my mailing address. So i am unable to update my mailing address through online. So i have visited siruseri hdfc bank located but there i could see worst customer from bank official. They said there is no possibilty to change address without any proof of address I was updated my mailing address in my home branch in karapakkam before 6 month by submitting one of my identity proff. I transect 5000 rs on 22 October to my sbi account from payzapp wallet but money did not reflect to my bank account. I tried to call customer care service center but it was switched off every time.
