I need to change my mailing address but i don't have any address proof for my mailing address. So i am unable to update my mailing address through online. So i have visited siruseri hdfc bank located but there i could see worst customer from bank official. They said there is no possibilty to change address without any proof of address

I was updated my mailing address in my home branch in karapakkam before 6 month by submitting one of my identity proff.

This is worst customer service provided by this branch.

I need resolution for this
