[Resolved] HDFC Bank Securities — hdfc ckyc form | |
I have submitted my ckyc on 26 june'18 and still my account no 473896 is suspended. we had presented the CKYC form to yesterday 11th july 2018 your hdfc branch on Kapurbawadi thane between morning 11:00 and 12:00. We later called your customer service desk and got a confirmation that the form was received and processed. We have submitted this form twice on may 2018 and july 2018. on may 2018 after 1st submission i could start the trading and after 2 months again they update CKYC Form has not yet been submited. i have submitted 2nd time CKYC form on JULY 11th 2018 but still i can not trade. Whenever I send mails to you I get responses from different personnel who seem not to understand anything about this situation. Was this information helpful? | |
