Dear Sir,
Under the instructions of my lawyer I have been directed to send you this 2nd time formal intimation of my intention to file a complaint against your company using SCORES portal and to
File a criminal case in local police stations for the alleged crime of cheating and criminal breach of trust alongwith other charges.Kindly settle my grievances in a peaceful and amicable manner in order to avoid unnecessary legal course of action.
I have incurred a loss of 6, 000/- rupees without any just, proper and reasonable reason. My Demat account has been opened but No one representative has visited my address as promised to deliver services, Due to your terminal issue I'm not able to trade, in manner of fraud This is 2nd time I've intimated to you.
Kindly appoint a authorized person to deal my issue in person.I have been undergoing under a great financial crisis.I am hopeful that company will consider my case with positive mindset .
