[Resolved] HDFC Bank Securities — request for change of address

I have requested for change of address for demat account 2786532. It is more than 3 months but still address is not changed. Account manger is just responding that he has sent an email to demat desk and as and when he will get the response he will send revised form. He claims that earlier form collected by him is not valid as account is in cdsl. Can someone in hsfc securities help?
