HDFC Bank Securities — SBI Ex-Split Shares not Credited in Trading A/c-1572259

Hi, This is in reference to my Trading Account Number-1572259 of HDFC Securities Limited. The SBI Ex-Split took place on 20th November, 2014 and I originally had 2 shares of SBI in my account. After the Ex-Split as per the terma and conditions I should have 20 shares of SBI in my account but the same has not been credited in my Portfolio as of now. Please advise in this regard as to by when this requisite amount of 20 shares will be credited in am Trading Account. Would greatly appreciate your assistance in this regard. Thanks and Regards Pratik
