[Resolved] HDFC Bank — snapdeal hdfc credit card

Hi, I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my snap deal plat credit card. Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs. 11000 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, he said that there are benefits of this such as insurance, registration etc. When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will haveto pay the amount. Here are some details of calls i received- 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] I have already submitted the complaint 2 times before but it is not resolved yet. I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone. Kindly resolve my issue. Regards Was this information helpful?
