[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Still Demanding emi of lost bike | |||||
Sir, It's is very humble request to you. I was lost my bike on Oct . But after theft of my bike, i have informed to police and File the FIR of my bike, i m not giving the emi of bike hdfc bank i have already submitted the copy of fir and formality are also done by police. But actual problem is that the recovery team of hdfc bank bhiwadi has forced to brother for EMI And they were forcing him too. They were rude at the time of emi recovery and they have taken my car key and not gived car key until he gave there outstanding emi. Was this information helpful? | |||||
