HDFC Bank — still fastag not delivered

There is no despatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy and useless.
I tried many times customer care number but i could not talked him.

I'm raising this complain second time for my fastag. Stil my fastag not delivered at my door step.
Please provide fastag on priority basis.

I can't think about very poor service of hdfc fastag.
