[Resolved] HDFC Bank — still waiting for refund of rs 14332 even after several calls and mails

Sum of three transactions (14332+14712+14332) which i am suppose to get refunded. Not only sum of two transactions, since i paid sum of four (14332+14712+14332+14332) premium in an year. The amount which got refunded was only for the sum of two transactions (14332+14332+380)

I already provided all the input from bank.

Why only two refund was done? I am suppose to get refund for sum of three premium.

If you will notice i paid sum of four premium in this year.

Updated by pknayak2004 I am trying to followup with escalation team for last six months, but still not received any satisfactory response on this. This issue should be quickly resolved rather than trying to divert issue again and again or by providing wrong information.

Updated by pknayak2004 Paid premium twice in march on 22nd and 23rd march 2018 .
Got receipt from ur side for both payments.
Receipt no E6693151 dated 22nd march 2018
Rs 14332
Receipt no E6695344 dated 24th march 2018.
Rs 14712

Refund I got only 380 rs only after 22nd march 2018 which should be 14712.
Balance amount of 14332 is my concern .
