[Resolved] HDFC Bank — tanishq offer on hdfc card - cashback

I had purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs 77000 through my hdfc credit card on 26th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. More than 2 months have already passed but there isn’t any cashback received or any communication came from the bank stating the timeline for cashback.

Please look into this & revert.

I have use HDFC Bank Credit card first time and I have paid my first bill payment 199/- but actually deduct 789/- amount in my card.so Why 590/- extra charge & please resolve my query & Return my Extra charge . Call me [protected]
